Lisa has been cooking since growing up on a farm in rural East Sussex, learning from both her grannies, as well as her mum who always cooked from scratch with local ingredients, long before it became fashionable.

A career break for a year at Leiths proved a turning point. It was followed by stints at Westminster College specialising in patisserie and the WSET gaining wine exams. Years of restaurant and catering experience have led her to providing a customer-driven, personal service with ‘real’ food.

Lisa loves the diversity offered by the challenge of pulling together an event that meets the expectations of clients providing a large corporate event, or an intimate family occasion. She is proud of her team who work hard to make every event possible.
